You can search for providers through your member portal, or go directly to your network's provider directory. Both will show you the same in-network results.
Your member portal includes a built-in provider search. This is the simplest option because it is already filtered to your specific plan and network.
Look at the front of your Level Health ID card. It displays the name and logo of your provider network. Use the links below to go directly to that network's directory.
Look for the network logo on your member card. If the office cannot validate eligibility in their system, have them verify using your card details and direct them to my.levelhealthplans.com/providers or have them call the provider verification line on the card.
