Register to get started.
1. Registering for the ZConnect App 9:34
Download the ZConnect app from the iPhone or Android store or visit zconnect.zaki.health.com
Obtain your unique group code via text, email, or by contacting support.
Enter the group code and agree to disclaimers.
Create a username and password (must include 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character).
Input personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, zip code, and phone number.
Receive an OTP verification code via email and enter it within 10 minutes to complete registration.
2. Accessing Your ID Card 16:32
Open the app and select the ID card button.
Download or securely send your ID card to providers.
Note that the ID card updates automatically if there are any changes.
3. Viewing Benefits and Accumulators 17:00
Navigate to the benefits section to view your coverage details.
Check your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums in the spend summary section.
4. Checking Claims History 20:42
Access the care and claims history section to view medical and pharmacy claims.
Filter and sort claims by date, provider, or type of service.
5. Finding Zero Dollar Care Options 25:06
Use the services button to view available zero dollar options for primary care, mental health, labs, and imaging.
Contact the concierge team for assistance if needed.

Use the provider search feature to find in-network providers.
Filter by specialty, location, and distance.
7. Using the Cost Estimator 40:40
Access the cost estimator to find out-of-pocket estimates for specific procedures.
Search by provider name or procedure type.

Use the chat feature or call the member support number for assistance with claims or access issues.
